Your crew did an excellent job of bringing Frank Frazetta’s art to action figure form. I am hoping that you all will bring more of his works to action figure form!!!!
It's such a great representation of Frank Frazetta's work in physical form. As a child of the 70's, I'm grateful that Savage Crucible is tackling these IP's. Thank You.
Absolutely love this figure. So great to see Frazetta’s work come to life with Savage Crucible. I remember being mesmerized by his artwork as a kid. So great to have this in hand. Great work!
Really love the figure. It just stands out in the collection.
Amazing just all the other figures just wish I was able to get a hold of Elric I keep trying and he sells out immediately and after market prices a simply unfair
I just recently started collecting Savage Crucible, and I have to say they do not disappoint. I took the plunge and started with Jaeger, Krieger, and the Varnok twins. BANGERS, every single one of them. For some reason I initially passed on the Warrior with Ball & Chain, but immediately rectified that and ordered it. AGAIN, I was floored by the attention to detail on this fig. The craftsmanship, the paint apps, the accessories and the extras that came with the fig (who DOES those anymore? SAVAGE CRUCIBLE, that's who!!!). One of the biggest factors for me is the ARTICULATION. Posing is a huge part of why I collect action figures and this one, and the previous ones I got, are an absolute JOY to pose. For the price you pay, you get a lot and then some. Very pleased and satisfied with all the figs I have from this line, and needless to say I am fully invested and cannot wait for future releases. If you are on the fence collecting this line, don't be. Satisfaction guaranteed. AAA +++
Just an incredible figure. Perfect in every way. Feels like Conan the Barbarian is on my shelf. I did paint him in a way to try to make him look as if he was a drawing on the box come to life if you will. I will be buying and painting a lot of the figures from this line.
When I heard that there was a Frazetta based action figure coming from Savage Crucible I was immediately intrigued. After seeing some promo pics online I had a friend pick one up from a show and send it to me. To say that I was blown away by it is an understatement, he is absolutely stunning! This figure shines in every aspect, from the sculpt to the weapons, to the amazing soft goods cape - to me, it feels like Frazetta’s Warrior literally jumped off of the canvas! Savage Crucible’s paint apps are some of the best in the industry and their sculpts are next level. The joints have the perfect amount of tension and the articulation is unique in the best way, making for some seriously dynamic poses. I purchased the Warrior thinking it would be a one-off, as I wasn’t looking to get into another action figure line, but this one made such an impression on me that I’ve now gone back and purchased everything that was available on their site! They made me a diehard fan with one figure, that’s how amazing it is!
This is an amazing figure. It is great to see one of Frank Frazetta's iconic warrior's come to life as an action figure. You all are doing amazing work. I just discovered your line of action figures, and my son and I are really excited about them.
We love the whole barbarian/fantasy lore.
i'm sure you are looking for ways to improve your figures. So here are a couple of suggestions/critiques. Remember these are friendly. You already know I love your figure.
Having also purchased your Who-Man figure, I think that you could improve the leg articulation on your Warrior with Ball and Chain. I'm talking about the hip joints. They were not the same caliber as Who-Man's hip joints. The only other suggestion would be to either make the helmet removable, or give him a head without the helmet.
That's it. Other than that I think you all nailed this. We will be picking up the rest of wave 1 and 2 over the next few months, and we are looking forward to what you all bring us next. love the lore of these reptile people, humans (waiting for your female figures as well. I'm sure you will work hard to have the right mix of strength, beauty, and articulation.
Your figures are far superior to the Mythic legions line of figures. The articulation is quite awful on those, except for their animals.
Anyways, there are my thoughts.
wish you all the best, See you at the next purchase!
Sincerely
Donny
This is a very special figure to me, faithful to Frazzeta's art and I also purchased the raider pack in order to make it more awesome.
I got the prismatic card for this character and I just can't be more happy about it!
Awesome figure one of a kind
Absolutely amazing! Thanks so much savage crucible I’m hooked ! Lol
I love it; it's a great piece. It fits my collection really well.
I love this figure. As a fan of the original Frank Frazetta art, I think this figure is an excellent depiction of that specific painting and just a great figure on its own. I love the accessories of necklace and bracelet, dagger and sheath, blood marred flail, and wired fur cloak. My only criticism is that the plugins for the cloak are delicate, and I broke one right away trying to put it on the figure. Luckily SC sells replacement plugins on their site, but maybe just add an extra pair with the figure? Still, SC is making the best fantasy figures in 1:12th scale by far IMO.
Great figures, you guys just earned a new customer.
Great figure. Cannot wait to add the accessories.
Love his looks and the komodo dragon too
